ages 7 to 24 (Transitional Age Youth)
and adults over 24 through arts
programs in music, fashion, writing,

and life skill training.
Daniel Allen, Founder of CCPAMA, is a retired
Lieutenant of the Chicago Police Department
with over three decades of service. Throughout
his career, he remained devoted to his
passions—music, sports, and mentorship.
Daniel holds both a Bachelor's and Master’s
degree in Law Enforcement Administration and
is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha
Fraternity.
Daniel Allen was born and raised on the West Side of Chicago to a single mom Corrine Allen
who was a strong parent and woman of God who kept Daniel busy in music and sports, and his oldest sibling Loretta Allen has been like a mom and big sister to him and just an awesome unsung leader to Daniel’s life.
Victoria Allen, Co-Founder and Program
Director, oversees the daily operations of
CCPAMA while also sharing her love for dance
through teaching. She holds a dance
certification from the Dorolyn Academy and is
actively pursuing a certificate in Chicago’s
Minority and Women-Owned Business
program. Additionally, Victoria is certified in
Childhood Education and has been a steadfast
community youth leader for over 20 years.
Together, Daniel and Victoria continue to
inspire and shape the next generation through
their dedication and leadership.
